During the Covid-19 Pandemic we will not be canceling orders placed during our backorder unless we are unable to obtain supplies.
Our products are made fresh daily by hand. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing time before shipping. May take longer for depending on order volume.
Sale day orders are subject to a 7-14 business day processing time before shipping although orders usually ship out sooner.
We operate and ship Monday -Friday Only! We Do Not Operate On Weekends or Holidays.
We Do Not Offer Price Adjustments!
We will not be responsible for any packages that have been marked delivered by USPS. In the case that you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly.
Once your order has shipped, please contact USPS directly if your order shipment is delayed. We are unable to provide explanations on Postal Delays.
There is No tracking or Insurance on International Packages shipped using First Class International Shipping. Lost Packages will not be replaced.
Return Policy: (TEMPORARILY, FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE, DURING COVID 19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNED ITEMS AND CANNOT EXCHANGE ITEMS IF THE WRONG ITEM WAS PURCHASED).
(SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE) Unused/ Unopened items may be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase for a full refund of the item less the cost of shipping. (Items will be fully inspected before refunds can be submitted) Unacceptable returns will be discarded unless you are willing to pay for the shipping to have it returned to you.
